Our founding attorney, Jianming J. Zhou, Esq., brings over 30 years of legal experience to his solo practice, with a deep background in cross-border business law and commercial litigation. Before establishing the firm, he served as in-house counsel for leading technology companies, advising on international transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution across the U.S. and Asia.

With a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on litigation experience, Mr. Zhou understands how legal issues impact real-world business operations.

While corporate and transactional matters remain a core focus, he also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, and other business-related claims. Known for his clear communication and practical approach, he helps clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence and clarity.

Mr. Zhou holds an LL.M. from University of Arkansas in the United States and earned an LL.B. from Nanjing University in China. He also completed a certificate program at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the State Bar of California.
